1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
3. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Liability
Southern Cross Lodge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay, except where such liability is imposed by law.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the natural environment, follow all safety instructions, and adhere to our sustainable practices during their stay.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
